02Do I Need To Finish My Profile First?
Yes. Your Career Profile comes first: the workspace asks for it when you start, so every service works from the experience you confirm. Then bring your current Resume and a job description.
03How Does AI Help, And What Do I Review?
AI tailoring runs inside the Resume Builder. It suggests changes from the facts you confirmed and the job posting, and you review the Resume before you download it. The workspace also helps you organize jobs, prepare Resumes, practice written answers and plan follow ups with your contacts. You submit applications and send messages yourself.
04Can I Build Automatically Or Review Each Resume Change?
Yes. Choose Build Automatically to prepare a Resume from supported information, or Review Changes to accept or reject each suggestion. Both prepare one page and show a final preview before you download.
05Will My Resume Fit On One Page?
The builder prepares one page and explains any layout changes. It keeps the original format for supported files. If your file is not supported, you can review a rebuilt format before downloading.
06How Do I Save A Story Or Plan A Follow Up?
Save a written example in your Story Bank in Interview Practice. To plan a follow up, save a contact, your notes and a date in Networking CRM. The date does not send a reminder or a message.
07Does Omni MBA Apply Or Send Messages For Me?
No. You choose the opportunities, review your information, submit applications and send your own messages. The workspace helps you prepare and organize the next step.
08Where Is My Information Kept?
Your original Resume file stays in the current browser session. Information extracted from it and work you save stay in your account. If you return later, you may need to attach the original file again.
